During this project, learners will design, create, build and code a smart bridge. Every learner or group of learners will receive all the electronic components necessary to complete their build, will research ideas on building the bridge’s framework and then collect their own materials. Throughout this course learners will be required to utilize project design and management skills while navigating through the principles of forces, motion and gravitation as well as exploring robotics and programming using inputs and outputs. At the end of this project learners should have a bridge that opens temporarily when the sensor is triggered.
Each STEAM Kit contains enough equipment to cater for 10 teams of 1-3 learners per team.
